Klachtencommissie – onze werkwijze

Wanneer Van Opstal & Partners optreedt als externe klachtencommissie, worden wij door de klachtenfunctionaris van de betreffende organisatie benaderd zodra een klacht is ingediend.

Binnen één week stelt Van Opstal & Partners een onafhankelijke klachtencommissie samen, bestaande uit drie leden. Daarbij wordt zorgvuldig gekeken naar juridische en inhoudelijke expertise, diversiteit en – indien nodig – taalvaardigheid. Bij een klacht die in het Engels wordt behandeld, maakt altijd ten minste één native speaker deel uit van de commissie.

Samenstelling van de klachtencommissie

Elke klachtencommissie bestaat uit:

  • een voorzitter

  • een secretaris

  • een algemeen lid

Reglementen en werkwijze

De klachtencommissie werkt volgens de geldende klachtenreglementen van de betrokken organisatie.
Wanneer Van Opstal & Partners een samenwerking aangaat om te voorzien in een externe klachtencommissie, worden deze reglementen zorgvuldig doorgenomen en – waar nodig – verbeterd of geactualiseerd, zodat zij voldoen aan actuele wet- en regelgeving en best practices.
